Our take on FERD
The presentation emphasizes Viking scenery and co-op, while the described play centers on bow combat and movement through a guided environment. The multiplayer offering is specified for 2 to 4 players, alongside a single-player adventure.
What is FERD?
FERD is a VR action adventure set in Viking Age landscapes.
Players take the role of a Viking warrior defending a village and fellow warriors from invading enemies with a bow and arrow. The journey moves through mountains and rivers and includes travel aboard a Viking ship and in moving vehicles. Co-op supports 2 to 4 players as they face undead and supernatural enemies. The game uses two buttons and takes inspiration from 1990s rail shooters, with the game moving the player through the environment instead of using teleportation. The package includes a single-player adventure, co-op multiplayer, and unlockable weapons.
