Our take on Falcon Age
Instead of treating the animal companion as a passive side character, the game makes falcon care, training, feeding, and equipment part of the adventure loop. Its combat can also be made optional through Imprint Mode, departing from the fixed combat structure common in action adventures.
What is Falcon Age?
Play as Ara, a prisoner who escapes a dying colony planet with a young falcon.
The story follows their effort to restore a damaged culture, support a resistance movement, and remove automated colonizers. The falcon can be named, fed, taught, dressed, and equipped, while hunting provides materials for snacks and other activities. Falcon snacks can heal or strengthen the bird. Combat uses a stun baton alongside the falcon’s abilities against drones and robots. Progress includes reclaiming several locations and rebuilding the surrounding community. Imprint Mode allows the story to be played with optional combat, and optional PC VR support provides a different way to experience the game.
