Our take on Explosive Odds
Rather than using a standard combat arena or race structure, the game makes wire selection the central contest. Victory comes from managing risk, cash, and turn-manipulating abilities while other players face the bomb.
What is Explosive Odds?
Explosive Odds is a competitive game for 2-4 players built around bomb defusal and risk-taking.
Each match has three rounds, with players taking turns at a device containing three wheels of eight wires each. A player selects one wire to cut, which can provide cash, grant an ability, or trigger the bomb. Abilities include scanning possible detonators, changing wheel positions, skipping a turn, reversing turn order, restricting another player’s wheel choice, and adding an extra wire to the next turn. Cash earned during play determines the winner, with the richest bot taking the match. The game also includes emotes, gestures, in-game voice communication, auctions, minigames, face drawing, and customizable match settings.
