Our take on Everything
Its open-ended structure removes the usual markers of progress: there are no enforced goals, scores, or task lists. That gives exploration room to lead, but leaves little built-in direction for players who rely on missions or completion targets.
What is Everything?
Everything presents a procedural simulation in which every object in the universe can be played, including animals, planets, galaxies, and other entities.
Movement spans outer and inner space across an interconnected environment without mandatory goals, scores, or task lists. Players can transform between forms to create worlds within other worlds, or release control and let the simulation continue as an ongoing documentary. The experience uses AI-driven systems to represent nature from the viewpoints of its many playable elements. Alan Watts provides narration, while Ben Lukas Boysen composed the music. The game focuses on exploration, observation, transformation, and open-ended interaction rather than completing a structured progression.
