What is Escape from Yandere?
A trapped-house adventure about Yuki, a childhood friend who keeps the player inside and demands a declaration of love.
Communication takes place through a microphone using pre-written dialogue, and incorrect answers can lead to death. The player explores rooms, searches for clues, and decides how to behave around Yuki while choosing between staying with her and attempting to escape. The game has two modes. Everyday Life focuses on talking with Yuki and carrying out her requests, while escape attempts damage the relationship. Quiet Time confines the player to a room by instruction, but allows disobedience and free exploration of the house. Acting against Yuki’s wishes, trying to leave, or taking an incorrect step can provoke her anger.
