The player controls a scientist whose weapons research has gone wrong and who is trapped alone on the planet. A droid dedicated to killing everything pursues the character through a dark, hostile environment. Exploration covers five different biomes, where more than 20 unique upgrades can be found and unlocked. New weapons and abilities provide tools for fighting through the planet. The game’s enemies include the strongest creatures of Tethys, which must be confronted and defeated. The objective is to reach the planet’s surface and escape.
