Our take on EON Trooper
Squad management is built into the action instead of leaving the player as a lone combatant. The cartoon visual style is paired with bloody violence, while missions shift between sabotage, information theft, and rescues.
What is EON Trooper?
EON Trooper combines direct combat with tactical squad management.
The player takes the role of an elite soldier carrying out missions behind enemy lines, including sabotaging bases, stealing information, and rescuing allied soldiers. Up to four computer-controlled soldiers can be recruited, with each one offering distinct powers. The arsenal includes firearms, knives, flamethrowers, devices, and traps. Missions feature enemies ranging from conventional armed forces to aliens across deserts, snowy areas, and spaceships. The game includes eight characters, five zones with different biomes, day or night versions, and more than 35 enemy types.
