Our take on Energy Hook
The store page foregrounds the fantasy of extreme aerial movement, but the core structure is a set of challenge-focused sandbox levels. Progression centers on repeating courses to improve tricks, times, and scores rather than on a broad campaign.
What is Energy Hook?
Energy Hook is an action sports game about Delilah, an athlete using an energy line and jetpack in a future shaped by gravity technology, teleportation, and climate problems.
Players swing across six sandbox levels, complete obstacle courses, run along walls, perform loops and aerial tricks, and link moves into high-scoring sequences. Time-based challenges reward speed, while hidden collectibles provide additional objectives. Progress through the underground Energy Hook scene grants access to new levels and equipment options for tuning the energy line and jetpack. The game includes ten bonus virtual-reality challenge levels, leaderboards, free exploration, and Rift support. Its environments range from floating islands and a dystopian city to pastel architecture and virtual-reality spaces.
