Good fit- Action players who want gunfights confined to a moving train
- Players who enjoy gathering materials for weapon improvements
- Story-focused players who want multiple possible conclusions
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking broad outdoor exploration may hit a wall with the train-bound setting.
- Players looking for a large arsenal or varied transportation may find the single-gun, old-train setup restrictive.
- Players who prefer non-combat journeys may bounce off the constant monster threats.
- Players seeking multiplayer action may not find a fit in this two-man train journey.
Our take on En-Train
The bounce point arrives when combat starts on the train: there is no escape route or hiding place, so players who need stealth, retreat, or open space must face the monsters directly while moving toward the destination.
What is En-Train?
En-Train is an action game set near the end of the world, where two men travel aboard an old train toward a city of hope.
A man with one gun must move through the train and fight monsters because there is nowhere to hide or escape. Materials gathered during the journey can be used to reinforce weapon parts. Different regions bring different uninvited guests, and clues reveal how to defeat them. The journey has multiple possible endings, leaving the outcome of the world unresolved until the route is complete. The game also supports an Xbox 360 controller.
