Our take on Dokuro
The defining mechanic is the princess escort: she keeps walking into danger, making environmental puzzles a matter of protecting her as well as reaching the exit.
What is Dokuro?
Dokuro is a chalk-art puzzle platformer about a skeleton who turns against the Dark Lord to rescue a kidnapped princess.
The princess continues moving through the castle despite hazards, so Dokuro must manipulate the environment and protect her. Levels combine switches, movable objects, jumps, enemy encounters, and dodging. A blue elixir lets Dokuro change into a heroic swordsman, while different chalk colors create fire, water, and rope repairs. The game includes almost 150 platform and puzzle stages, with 20–30 hours of gameplay. Steam achievements, collectible coins, and additional level challenges provide objectives beyond reaching the end of each stage.
