What is Distorted Reality?
Distorted Reality is a first-person survival horror game set in Alexandria’s hospital, where the laws of physics have stopped working normally.
Time is frozen for everyone except the protagonist and a mysterious creature that moves through the building. After waking in a former medicine-storage room, the protagonist explores the immobilized hospital and solves puzzles to open new areas by disrupting the spatial loop. Reaching the end also requires finding all 8 records left behind by a scientist. Interacting with the outside world reveals the protagonist’s location, creating a risk during exploration while the creature searches the hospital. The game combines environmental investigation, puzzle solving, record collection, and evasion within its space-time loop.
