He accepts a job from his former boss to retrieve medical supplies and materials from an abandoned hospital. Inside, he becomes ill and encounters a mysterious cat, strange hallucinations, and notes he does not remember writing. Players search for items, gather scattered documents, solve mysteries, and investigate the hospital’s history and the people connected to it. The story moves between the real world and a hallucination world as the former doctor questions what he sees and tries to uncover the truth behind the hospital.
