Our take on Destiny Star Girlfriend
Its focused visual-novel structure trades replay variety for a single complete route. Choices shape the reading experience, but the one-ending format limits alternate outcomes for players who expect several routes or conclusions.
What is Destiny Star Girlfriend?
Destiny Star Girlfriend is a visual novel about Seiji, an unremarkable university student, and Yuuri, the magical heroine secretly posing as his classmate and love interest.
A strike by extraterrestrial demons leaves them both near death, so an enchanted cord joins their vital energy. For the next three months, recovery requires them to stay no farther than one meter apart, or the connection may fail. The branching narrative leads to one conclusion and contains over 10 hours of material. This Steam edition adapts the 2018 Android release, with Japanese voice acting, anime-inspired sprites, CG artwork, cosmic effects, and the song “Magical Girl☆Conflict. ” Retired Stars member Fujiko and additional magical figures also appear.
