In 2028, web writer Izumi Yagyu encounters a refugee at home, while mahjong player Nanjaku Thirteen Orphans travels from the south to seek him out. Their meeting unfolds as the world continues changing, and Izumi recalls Akahong, a person who claims to be an alien. The game lasts 1–2 hours and includes Mandarin voice acting, with occasional Cantonese, Japanese, Jiaxing dialect, and English. Character portraits feature dozens of expressions, including blinking animation. Akahong appears in this first main entry of the KiulijaProject series, while Kiulija appears once in the ending song.
