Our take on Dead Pixels
The defining structure is a procedurally generated city: its layout changes between playthroughs, while scavenging and trading support the push through undead-filled streets.
What is Dead Pixels?
A toxic spill contaminates the water supply and raises the recently dead, leaving the player to fight through undead crowds while escaping the city.
Progress involves searching shops and homes for supplies, weapons, grenades, and other items, then trading with surviving characters. The game includes three play modes, four difficulty settings, single-player play, and local co-op for two players. Its city is procedurally generated, so its layout changes between sessions. The listing also includes online leaderboards and 30 achievements. The game focuses on combat, scavenging, and movement through a city overrun by the undead.
