Dead Mayhem is a survival action game set during a zombie outbreak.

Walls block projectiles and enemies, traps damage enemies that pass them, and turrets fire loaded bullets. The arsenal includes pistols, submachine guns, rifles, shotguns, large-caliber rifles, railguns, and bombs. Players can carry up to five weapons. Zombies can detect survivors, while hostile survivors may use special mutant abilities. Modes include Survival, where up to four people face zombie attacks, and The Last Survivor, where players must survive against other survivors. The game offers PvE and PvP modes.
