What is Dawnfall?
Dawnfall is a 232,000-word interactive romance novel set across Zephyria, a magic-infused world, and the dystopian space station Eclipse.
Players take the role of a Navigator who creates and protects portals between dimensions. An energy storm, a disaster, and the pirate Ghost Queen begin a conflict involving three worlds. Choices shape the story, including whether to oppose or join the Ghost Queen, protect or sever connections, and pursue romance with up to five crewmates at once. Character options include male, female, nonbinary, or agender identities, several sexual and romantic orientations, monogamous or polyamorous relationships, and fantasy forms such as a space elf or bird-person. The game is entirely text-based, without graphics or sound effects.
