Our take on Dark Fall: Ghost Vigil
The investigation focus trades broad action and character systems for close observation of one haunted setting. Monitoring cameras, testing equipment, following clues, and solving puzzles occupy the central role, leaving little room for combat-driven or progression-heavy play.
What is Dark Fall: Ghost Vigil?
Take part in an overnight paranormal investigation at Harwood House as a new member of the Oxford Paranormal Group.
Explore the abandoned house and the former Shangri La children's home, beginning with an attic experiment before investigating other areas. Use equipment including an EVP recorder, night-vision camera, EMF detector, thermal camera, ghost box, Ouija board, and trigger objects to examine reported activity. Remote CCTV feeds, messages, and walkie-talkie conversations connect the investigation to other OPG members. Time-slip sequences reveal parts of the location's history, while ghostly clues, hidden areas, puzzles, and enigmas develop the mystery. The game is a solo, point-and-click adventure with voiced actors, sound effects, and supernatural phenomena to investigate.
