Our take on Curtain Call
The store pitch puts the spotlight on the large cast, item count, and wide combination potential. The moment-to-moment structure is more specific: pre-battle arrangement, post-fight hiring, and repeated shop decisions form the core of each run.
What is Curtain Call?
Curtain Call combines auto-battles with deck-building and roguelite progression.
Before each fight, arrange performers to create synergies and combos, then recruit additional members with gold after the battle. Performers belong to Good or Evil groups, with Good characters joining the troupe and Evil characters serving as opponents. Runs include stage-by-stage battles, rewards, item collection, and shop decisions such as hiring, selling, refreshing offers, and reserving options for a later round. The game includes more than 100 performers and 100 items, alongside three playable leads with distinct items and abilities. Each lead can unlock passive bonuses, while 10 difficulty levels provide additional run settings.

Curtain Call compared to similar games
Shogun Showdown also combines roguelite progression with deck-based combat, but it centers on turn-by-turn positioning, attack tiles, and timing actions. Curtain Call instead focuses on arranging performers before auto-battles, recruiting from a shop, and building troupe synergies.
