Play it if you…
Good fit- Tower-defense players who want to place different towers across a battlefield
- Strategy fans who enjoy choosing tower types for changing enemy situations
- Players interested in fantasy defenses involving monsters, portals, and life crystals
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking varied objectives may find the repeated monster-wave defense structure narrow
- Players who dislike managing tower choices and placement may hit a wall when attacks require different defensive arrangements
- Players looking for a non-fantasy setting may not connect with Cubia’s crystals, portals, and monsters
Our take on Cube Land Arena
The bounce point comes when the game asks players to match tower choices and placement to changing waves. Anyone looking for a broader range of objectives may lose interest once the central cycle of defending crystals from monsters becomes familiar.
What is Cube Land Arena?
Cube Land Arena is a strategy game set in Cubia, a kingdom revived by energy-filled crystals brought through portals to other dimensions.
The crystals restore trees and pastures, but their energy also causes terrible monsters to appear. Players defend the life crystals through successive waves of enemies. Each wave introduces a new monster, while the number of monsters changes according to the time of day: fewer appear during the day and more arrive overnight. The game includes several tower types that can be placed anywhere on the battlefield. Players choose towers for different situations and position them to stop the monsters. Towers can also be evolved to become stronger as the attacks continue.
How Cube Land Arena plays
