Cozy Dash is a top-down chase game where players control either a snake or an apple.
The snake pursues the apple while both sides handle traps, enemies, counterattacks, and changing movement speeds. Modes include solo matches against AI, local multiplayer battles, dual-snake contests, and survival rounds where the snake and apple cooperate against enemy waves. Maps contain hazards such as meteors, cannons, falling rocks, and dead ends. Players collect coins and treasure chests for speed increases, extra lives, fireballs, and hats, while weapons provide abilities including fireballs, bombs, and plasma. Stamina management affects sprinting, and the final 30 seconds increase movement speed. Controller play and same-keyboard multiplayer are supported.
