What is Cornflake Crisis?
Cornflake Crisis is a hand-drawn 2D platforming adventure about a group of cereal flakes searching for the stolen Cornucopia.
Players switch between several playable cornflakes, each with distinct abilities and attributes, while travelling through food-themed areas such as the Broccoli Forest, Dessert Dungeon and Haunted Gingerbread House. The journey includes unusual activities, including riding a carrot rocket, grilling sausages and helping a banana build a sandcastle. The game features colourful environments, humorous characters and food-based puns. Its story follows the flakes as they pursue Bandit, a mysterious newcomer who has taken the relic that maintains peace among the cornflakes. The soundtrack is original, and the artwork was hand-illustrated by a solo developer.
