Our take on Clock Rogue
Rather than treating time as a visible resource or cooldown, the game makes timing itself part of attack execution. Players count toward unseen clock positions, turning each move into a small timing exercise while enemy choices shape the clock used in later battles.
What is Clock Rogue?
Clock Rogue is an action roguelike set inside a hedgehog’s body, where the player joins the Hari Cells to fight viruses.
Attacks are assigned to specific positions on a clock. To activate one, the player counts the timing without seeing the displayed time and aims for the desired move. Defeated enemies offer a choice of three attacks. These selections can be added to a personal clock, shaping the available attack pattern through the run. The game combines virus battles with timing-based activation and clock construction. Gameplay videos may be streamed or uploaded without prior permission, and the vendor permits monetization of that content.
How Clock Rogue plays
- 01Timed Attack Activation
- Moves trigger when the player counts to their assigned clock position without viewing the displayed time.
- 02Custom Attack Clock
- Each defeated enemy presents three attack options for expanding the player’s clock.
- 03Hedgehog Body Setting
- The battles take place inside a hedgehog as Hari Cells fight invading viruses.
Clock Rogue compared to similar games
Clock Rogue centers on unseen timing, attack selection, and constructing a personal clock while fighting viruses inside a hedgehog.
