What is CINEVEO - VR Cinema?
CINEVEO was a VR cinema application with six environments: a 4D theater, 1960s drive-in, ocean setting, haunted valley, Internet Cinema, and Void.
It played video files including MKV, MP4, AVI, MOV, and WMV, and supported 3D videos in side-by-side and over-under formats. Screen size and shape could be customized, while subtitles used SRT format. The 4D Movie Theater and Internet Cinema included dynamic lighting and audiences made up of CINEVEO users. Internet Cinema added a web browser, YouTube playback, chat, shared viewing, and browser games. The Void supported the product’s ULTRA-3D mode. CINEVEO has been discontinued, its servers are offline, and it is being removed from Steam.
