Our take on Castles
Many falling-block puzzles focus on moving the pieces themselves. Castles instead puts an engineer on the board’s perimeter, making character movement part of the matching task as blocks fall into the center.
What is Castles?
Castles is a puzzle game about helping King Harold build a tower while facing challenges from weather and King Edmund’s forces.
Players control an engineer who moves around the edge of a 7x7 board, while blocks fall into its central 5x5 area. Match at least three blocks of the same tool type or color to complete level goals. Story mode includes more than 50 levels with randomized gameplay, and the game also has versus and survival modes. Play is available individually or with others. Snow, wind, fog, and storms add obstacles as the tower rises.
