- Players looking for a modern architectural setting may not want its medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque focus.
Our take on Castle Flipper
The focus on restoration and decoration limits the range of activities. Progress centers on cleaning, repairing, building, and arranging historical structures, leaving less room for systems outside that construction-focused work.
What is Castle Flipper?
Castle Flipper casts the player as a medieval artisan who turns an inherited plot into a kingdom.
Quests unlock new regions and building types, from castles and barns to cottages, estates, palaces, and pirate vessels. Work includes clearing rooms, restoring ruined walls, bridges, and towers, raising structures, and furnishing interiors and outdoor spaces. Courtyards may contain planted trees, livestock, flags, and decorative pennants. Existing walls can be torn down to make room for a fresh design. The historical setting covers the late 1500s and early 1600s, mixing medieval architecture with Renaissance and Baroque details that can be used during rebuilding and decoration.
