Groups enter The Grind, a sprawling corporate structure inhabited by monsters and grabbas, to search for cash while crossing hazardous terrain and fighting local horrors. Physics-based objects and fluid movement shape the experience. Earnings can fund equipment, character customization, ability development, and community goals. Players also negotiate how to divide the money after a run. Going deeper into The Grind raises both the potential reward and the chance of losing it. Character creation includes a face-upload system. An unresolved mystery links Big Grabba, the goblins, and the stock market, giving expeditions an additional discovery thread.
