- Players looking for a large campaign instead of short table-based games
Our take on Capote
The variety of three modes comes with less depth in any single ruleset. Players move between prediction-based rounds, blackjack runs, and Truco matches rather than getting one extended card-game system with a large progression structure.
What is Capote?
Capote is a card game for 1 to 6 players with online player-versus-player matches and solo play against bots.
It includes three modes: Capote, Betejack, and Truco. Capote has players predict their wins and play toward that number, with four mistakes ending a match. Betejack combines blackjack duels with roguelike runs, where choices shape power combinations before facing successive characters. Truco supports solo games or pairs, with emotes for signals and point-based scoring. Match rules can be changed, and six neighborhood-bar characters appear across the game. A pool minigame is available while waiting in a lobby, and YouTube integration allows music during matches.
