Our take on Business Wars - The Card Game
Its company-and-card setup gives each run distinct strategic choices, but the focus on deck management and rival challenges leaves little room for the broader activities found in business simulations.
What is Business Wars - The Card Game?
Business Wars is a strategy card game that combines battles with business-themed situations.
Players choose one of 5 companies, each with its own cards, and build a deck from more than 130 implemented cards. Opponents can be selected before each challenge, with different companies calling for different strategies. Situations arrive in four stages: Forecast, Coming, Current, and Final. They continue to advance until resolved by the player or the company, and unresolved situations can block access to an opponent. The game includes more than 45 situation encounters and more than 20 companies to challenge. Its gameplay centers on choosing cards, shaping a deck, responding to situations, and progressing toward the top CEO rank.
