Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking action-focused gameplay may bounce off the queue management and decision-based shift structure.
- Players who dislike repeated financial trade-offs may hit a wall when dividing earnings among rent, skills, debt repayment and gambling.
- Players looking for a combat-centered RPG may find its focus on bar work and social choices too narrow.
- Players seeking a single linear conclusion may not enjoy the branching paths and multiple endings.
Our take on Bouncer Story
The likely bounce point arrives when shift earnings must cover several competing demands at once: skill upgrades, rent, mafia debt and optional blackjack. Players who want straightforward progression may stall at this financial balancing system.
What is Bouncer Story?
Work as a bouncer at a bar while repaying a gambling debt to the mafia controlling the city.
During each shift, manage the entrance queue and decide who may enter. Events involving mafia members, police and other residents develop around the bar, while choices affect relationships and story paths. Earnings must be divided between skill improvements, rent, mafia repayments and optional blackjack gambling. New bars become available, alongside side quests, serious crimes and encounters with city residents. Decisions about whom to help can lead to different endings.
