What is Bot Colony?
Bot Colony is an adventure game set on Agrihan, a South Pacific island used as a Mars testbed and staffed mainly by robots.
Players investigate an infiltration involving strange robot behavior by speaking English or entering typed commands. Robots respond dynamically to questions and instructions, which influence how the investigation develops. The game combines exploration, puzzles, simulation, RPG elements, and detective work. Players can inspect robot video observations covering events in a house over 48 hours, investigate sabotage attempts, and teach robots new knowledge or commands. The setting contrasts modern architecture and machines with a jungle environment, supported by an original soundtrack. Speech-to-text input can be corrected when recognition errors occur, allowing play through voice, text, or both.
