Teams of up to four survivors search for weapons, ammunition, traps, medical equipment, food, and water while defending against zombie raids that become harder each day. Helicopters leave from world capitals every 10 days, creating a deadline to reach a capital and escape. Regional infected creatures have distinct characteristics, and one creature can reproduce a stronger offspring. Radio signals provide information about the area when the generator is running. The game includes maps based on Istanbul, Abu Dhabi, Moscow, and additional capitals.
