Our take on Boot Hill Heroes
Its defining choice is replacing conventional turn-based battles with simultaneous real-time combat, while supporting up to four local players who can control separate characters together.
What is Boot Hill Heroes?
Boot Hill Heroes is a Western RPG set across towns, forests, caves, deserts, and a traveling circus.
It replaces turn-based battles with real-time combat for one player or up to four people in local co-op, allowing friends to take control of characters during play. Enemies appear on the map before combat, including outlaws and animals. Players can find job hats, learn skills, shape character classes, and modify weapons with status effects. The adventure follows Kid, Doc, Moon, and Rosy as they confront the Saints-Little Gang. It includes hundreds of NPCs, a post-game bonus dungeon, 52 Achievements, and free DLC planned by the vendor.
