Our take on The Maiden, the Butler, and the Witch
Its defining structure is a two-person JRPG party: Irina supplies magical attacks while Legato handles physical damage, making resource and role balance central to every dungeon and boss encounter.
What is The Maiden, the Butler, and the Witch?
Irina leaves home to complete a pilgrimage across Vervain Island and awaken her powers by visiting its magical springs.
Monsters summoned by the Demon Lord occupy the island, so she travels with Legato, a former adventurer. The game uses a traditional JRPG structure with a party of two: Irina focuses on magic while Legato specializes in physical attacks. Players explore a world map, discover locations, enter dungeons, defeat bosses, find equipment, and level up. Enemies appear on the map, allowing fights to be chosen rather than forced. Combat involves managing mana, HP, healing, TP, elemental weaknesses, and equipment durability. New springs provide additional elemental spells, while repeated attacks can weaken Irina’s armor and reduce her defenses.
