The open-ended boosting system trades tightly controlled progression for experimentation. Because hero, weapon, and ability values can be altered in either direction, the experience centers on player-created combinations rather than a fixed balance path.
What is Boosted Survivors?
Boosted Survivors is a sandbox roguelike built around surviving waves of enemies and modifying a hero during each run.
Players choose from 12 starting weapons and spells, find upgrades, and use legendary upgrades to change how the hero, weapons, and abilities function. The boosting system allows values to be raised or lowered, supporting highly varied builds and experimental combinations. Runs lead through an enemy gauntlet toward a final boss, with secrets to discover along the way. A global leaderboard records competition between survivors. The game presents each run as a separate combination of choices, with progression shaped by selected abilities, upgrades, and player-created builds.
