What is Blood of Magic?
Blood of Magic is a small open-world role-playing game set in Auguston, where an arcanist student investigates a missing ore shipment and failed communications.
Combat uses turn-based battles against people and creatures, including threats from nearby monster territories. Town management allows buildings to be constructed and improved, providing followers, resources, and crafting recipes. Citizens and travelers can join the group for combat, while distinctive recruits can develop loyalty. Exploration reveals materials, passages, and entrances, and harvested resources can be made into battle supplies. The setting follows a war between human kingdoms and competing forms of magical crystal infusion. The player is responsible for restoring Auguston’s ore shipments while managing the town and investigating the surrounding area.
