Blood Nova is a point-and-click adventure in a science-fantasy setting.
Princess Love is due to succeed the ruler of the Velayan Empire, but a conspiracy leaves her and her closest friend and guardian, Kel Yakkavan, trapped inside The Looping Vale, a lighthouse among the stars. Players investigate the station, work through inventive puzzles, and encounter unusual figures whose private aims are concealed. Love and Kel have limited time to uncover the danger and protect the empire. The narrative uses traditional pixel-art visuals and combines royal succession, intrigue, and remote galaxies linked to Velaya by stellar routes.
