What is Block Wave VR?
Block Wave VR is a virtual reality block puzzler for HTC Vive, built around stacking incoming blocks and competing for a high score.
Players rotate blocks with touchpad directions, roll them by swiping, grab them with the trigger, and speed their descent with trigger-plus-down input. Board height changes use the right and left grips. The game includes four difficulty levels, each with custom boards and songs to unlock. A bomb power-up can remove troublesome blocks. Its presentation draws on 1980s synthwave and includes an original score. Blocks continue arriving, making speed, positioning, and control of the board central to each run.
