Our take on Bleeding Knife
The store presentation gives prominent space to painted artwork, character visuals, and atmosphere. The playable structure is narrower: progress centers on searching for items, examining them, solving puzzles, and selecting story choices. That distinction matters for players comparing a visual presentation with a more system-heavy horror adventure.
What is Bleeding Knife?
Bleeding Knife is a horror adventure set on an island after a prison catastrophe.
Obaid, a homeless man imprisoned there, escapes his cell when the door is unexpectedly unlocked and searches the corpse-filled prison for a way off the island. Exploration involves finding objects, examining them, solving puzzles, and choosing how to proceed. Encounters with survivors reveal information about the island and its inhabitants, while the search leads toward the Duke’s castle and the truth behind the tragedy. The game includes voice acting, character artwork, detailed graphics, multiple endings, and more than 100 hand-painted artworks. Progress depends on discovering items and selecting choices that carry the story through to its conclusion.
