The defining mechanic is Ayumi’s control over time: she can rewind events for puzzles and battles, then speed herself up to chase enemies or escape them.
What is Blades of Time?
Play as Ayumi, a treasure hunter who travels to an ancient island filled with Chaos magic and bloodthirsty monsters.
Use guns, swords, spells and more than 40 combo attacks in combat. Ayumi can rewind time to solve puzzles and fight groups of enemies, or speed herself up to catch foes, escape pursuers and travel across the environment. The journey includes encounters with colorful, funny and mysterious characters, along with snowy valleys, jungles, ancient cities, temples and sky islands. A separate Outbreak mode offers co-op and PvP play.
