Our take on Big Earth
Rather than treating nature as background scenery, Big Earth makes it part of the game’s central presentation and themes. Its platforming is paired with time manipulation, seed-grown platforms, photographic exploration, and moments for observing natural life.
What is Big Earth?
Big Earth is a puzzle-platform adventure set after Earth’s resources have been exhausted.
Dr. Kyle Seed travels through jungles, forests, and dunes to recover special seeds, energy capsules, and equipment needed to restore the planet and return him to normal size. Movement combines jumping and dashing with time-speed changes and temporary platforms grown from seeds. The game presents tiny biomes built from more than 15,000 photographs of plants, insects, and real animals captured in nature reserves. Players can hide the HUD to take photographs and collect memories, or slow time to observe natural life. An original soundtrack accompanies the journey, which combines environmental exploration with puzzle challenges.

- 05Resource Recovery

Big Earth compared to similar games
The Bridge focuses on manipulating gravity through impossible architecture and increasingly difficult logic challenges, while Big Earth combines platforming with seeds, energy capsules, time changes, and natural biomes. Big Earth also includes photography and environmental observation, which are not part of The Bridge’s described scope.
