What is Beyond Sunset?
Beyond Sunset is a cyberpunk first-person shooter with a story and RPG elements.
Players take the role of Lucy, an enhanced street samurai who wakes from cryostasis without her memories. After displaying heightened reactions, combat ability, and agility, Lucy is offered a deal by Yuri: use those powers to recover the missing memories. The journey leads through Sunset City, a crime-ridden and plague-stricken setting. Its large, interactive levels are occupied by yakuza, zombies, robots, and bosses. The game combines firearm-based action with a character-driven search for Lucy’s past and abilities associated with her enhanced condition.
