Our take on Beetle Uprising
The defining structure is a beetle army that develops through genetics between missions, with nest care and selective breeding shaping which abilities reach the battlefield.
What is Beetle Uprising?
Beetle Uprising combines beetle breeding, nest management, home building, and real-time tactics.
A genetics simulation lets players interbreed beetles to develop combat, foraging, survivability, and visual traits across generations. Beetles need food, shelter, companionship, toys, cleanliness, comfort, and health care. The campaign contains 16 real-time tactics missions, while additional solo missions send beetles out to gather resources and discover items. Conquering territories requires specialized abilities and tactical decisions as the swarm is directed in groups rather than controlled as individual units. Breeding can reveal abilities and distinctive features such as horns, spikes, ridges, colors, textures, and metallic finishes.
