We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Players who want large multiplayer battles with humans, vehicles, and giant Beasts
- Action fans who enjoy changing urban battlefields
- Players interested in switching between human and Kaiju combat roles
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking quiet exploration or meditative pacing may find the combat-heavy matches too intense
- Players looking for small, contained encounters may not suit the maps and battles built for up to 32 players
- Players who prefer a fixed character role may dislike switching among humans, vehicles, and Beasts
Our take on BeastLink
The game trades focused combat arenas for large, changing battlefields where destruction, vehicles, and several combat roles compete for attention. That scale creates variety in each match, but it also makes the experience more chaotic than a tightly controlled shooter.
What is BeastLink?
BeastLink is a multiplayer action title set in cities that can be torn apart by humans, vehicles, and enormous Beasts.
Players collect serum to form links with Kaiju, each providing its own powers and fighting approach, and can alternate between human and Beast characters across several modes. Cars, helicopters, tanks, and aircraft take part in broad team conflicts. Physics-driven destruction allows players to bring down structures, create passages, and reshape combat areas, with maps containing hundreds of thousands of objects that can be destroyed. Battles allow as many as 32 participants and several Beasts at once. Its story concerns humanity enduring an outbreak and the price of sustaining the Link.
How BeastLink plays
- 01Human Beast Roles
- Players can fight as humans, operate vehicles, or control giant Beasts during the same battle.
- 02Kaiju Linking
- Serum lets players connect with dormant Kaiju and gain access to distinct abilities and combat approaches.
- 03Destructible Cities
- Physics-based destruction allows buildings and city sections to collapse, changing routes and battlefields.
- 04Large Multiplayer Battles
- Maps support matches with up to 32 players and several active Beasts.
- 05Combat Vehicles
- Cars, helicopters, tanks, and aircraft can be deployed alongside human and Beast combatants.
