Our take on Beast Saga
The page gives substantial space to the planned final scope, including Chapters 1 through 6 and over one million words of narrative. The current Early Access build contains the prologue, Chapters 1 and 2, while an English translation remains under consideration.
What is Beast Saga?
Take the role of Lang Jiusi, a young wolf-tribe character, in an open-world RPG inspired by martial-arts fiction.
Roam the world, collect materials, make gear and usable items, fish, barter, and learn abilities including healing, cooking, negotiation, and lock manipulation. Bring companions into the group and build alliances; decisions can alter bonds, missions, character fates, and story paths. Seven leading factions provide separate quest arcs and martial training, while exploration reveals secret organizations and concealed narratives.
A full day-and-night cycle influences NPC routines, business hours, wildlife encounters, and certain happenings. The current Early Access build contains the opening section, the first two chapters, and narrative material tied to multiple factions. Additional chapters and Steam Workshop integration are on the development plan.
