Jack begins by fighting thugs during a family picnic, while later chapters follow a Wendigo hunting Jack’s family and Jack searching for them. The story includes a talking pipe, zombies, armed enemies, tribal missions, a maze-like cave, and black humor alongside creepy dialogue and sounds. Combat combines firearms, grenades, fists, and two kinds of axes, with automatic enemy targeting. Weapons include a handgun, rifle, shotgun, rocket launcher, and grenades.
