What is Athanasy?
Athanasy is a science-fiction horror visual novel set in the City, an underground refuge built beneath a dead Earth.
Josiah Kaviani, a young mathematician and statistician, begins a journey through its confined streets after living in isolation. An encounter with a hidden presence changes his life and exposes a dangerous secret. The story features adult characters with personal motives, difficult decisions, and endings ranging from bad to awful. A purpose-written soundtrack accompanies the narrative, while an art gallery records progress. The game combines biopunk, body-horror, and adventure elements in a 5–10-hour experience.
