Our take on Arhaekon
Permanent unit death gives each dungeon run lasting consequences: party composition, resource management, and irreversible decisions all shape the campaign.
What is Arhaekon?
Arhaekon is a challenging turn-based roguelike RPG set in a grimdark world threatened by corruption.
Players lead small groups through procedurally generated dungeons, fight eldritch enemies, and make decisions that cannot be reversed. Units can die permanently, while loot includes crafting recipes, lore pages, and ritual rites across five rarity tiers. The game includes 12 units across four classes, 14 themed regions, four boss fights, camp and facility upgrades, crafting, and non-linear dungeon progression. Combat emphasizes limited movement, party synergy, combos, attrition, and adaptation. A corruption system tracks unit health and sanity, while equipment can receive randomly generated, soul-bound augments. Level-ups provide allocable stat points, and collectible lore can grant bonuses.
