Our take on Aquascapers
Rather than treating simulation as a purely passive building activity, the game adds field expeditions, client commissions, auctions, and business growth. Aquascape construction sits alongside collecting and cultivation, creating a progression loop around sourcing materials before arranging them.
What is Aquascapers?
Aquascapers is a single-player and co-op simulation focused on building aquascapes.
Players visit specific locations to gather rocks, wood, plants, and fish, with some items requiring special tools. A sandbox system supports placing, modifying, deleting, and terraforming items, along with snapping and gizmo controls. Activities include recreating reference designs for similarity scores, completing client projects across C, B, A, and S levels, and submitting original aquascapes to auctions. Business progression includes better equipment, expanded operations, and cultivation systems for producing additional fish and plants. After obtaining an S-level license and the fourth business expansion, players can create paludariums with specialized wood and stone.
