Our take on Animalistic Worlds

Players who prefer direct combat may hit a wall when battles switch to turn-based play. Those expecting a tightly focused quest may instead stall during city searches, optional bug catching, bargaining, and other side activities.

What is Animalistic Worlds?

Animalistic Worlds is an open-world RPG set in a society where anthropomorphic animals imitate human life while their instincts disrupt it.

Hounderick, a samoyed office worker, spends his time fighting delinquents, taking their money, pressuring shopkeepers, and insulting neighbors. After learning that his ignored coworker Beardford is the son of a CEO, Hounderick becomes involved in a kidnapping and a dangerous place from his past. Exploration covers large cities, where players can search rubbish, wooden boxes, and houses for items used in turn-based combat. Quests come mainly from isolated animals. Other activities include optional bug catching, bargaining with shopkeepers, threatening delinquents, observing NPC complaints at different times, talking with fish, and sitting on a chair for an achievement.
